CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No cancelations for any purchases made in our e-commerce store-www.almaherbal.com
  • ALMAA HERBALS supports no cancelation requests once you have checked out and paid through our secure payment gateway
  • For cash on delivery orders, the customer can cancel the order at any time by notifying us at (almaahospital@gmail.com) until the order is dispatched Or call us at (+91-7401403000 / 044 - 43546873).
  • If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction that violates the terms and conditions of use of the Website, we may, at our sole discretion, cancel those orders without notifying the Customer. We'll keep a negative record of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders they place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Since, we are concerned with herbal products & medicinal goods, our business practices a policy of no return or trade. We will only allow exchanges if damage is caused to the product we supplied.
  • Any defective remedy related to the product please contact us at almaahospital@gmail.com or call us at (+ 91-7401403000 / 044 - 43546873) within 72 hours of delivery.
  • If you feel the product you are receiving is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Upon looking into your query, our dedicated customer service team will take a suitable decision.
  • Each of these orders will be handled on a case-by-case and individual basis. Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer and ensure that the receipt number is issued for the speedy recovery of the defective product.

REFUND POLICY

  • For Cash Delivery Orders, no REFUND is initiated.
  • For Prepaid order, the refund will be reflected in your bank account within 7-10 days, if the order is cancelled. Please note that certain banks are taking longer to represent the amount in your account than this time.
  • When you send a defective product back, we will send you an email once your return is received and reviewed to inform you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will also inform you that your refund is accepted or denied. If you are accepted, your refund will be processed and within 7-10 working days a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • We wish you good health and we hope that you will be delivered in good health each time you buy.
